PURCHASES AND RETURNS

      Exchanges or returns are not accepted for reasons not attributable to Hollow Tips: size changes (for this Hollow Tips gives all measurement information and instructions to the customer), customer error when ordering or customer change of mind, as well as customer's perception of colors or sizes. Returns are not accepted unless the product arrives in damaged condition. In this case, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the order at hollowtips.sneakers@gmail.com, stating the product defect or defect (attaching images of said defect or defect), along with the your personal data and order number. Hollow Tips reserves the right to refuse returns reported outside of the specified 24 hour period. Hollow Tips will be responsible for all shipping costs and subsequent delivery of the new product(s) if, after examination, they are confirmed to be defective or defective. The return or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible and subject to stock availability. In the event that this product is sold out, Hollow Tips will send you a purchase voucher for the value of the defective product and refund the shipping amount if you paid it. In the case of purchases over €30 there is no room for refund of shipping costs since Hollow Tips took care of the shipping.

      Returns for factory defects or under warranty User may return Hollow Tips free of charge. any product purchased on the Site that has a defect that:

(i) renders it unfit for the use for which it is ordinarily intended;

(ii) impairs its quality or usability or

(iii) does not provide assurance that due to its nature it is normally expected of it and its reasonable use and that they are within the warranty period. Considering the origin of the contractual products, the User will have a period of one month, from the date of receipt of the products, to inform Hollow Tips about his dissatisfaction with them. Hollow Tips will not be liable if this period is exceeded. The return of products with manufacturing defects will not incur any additional cost to the User. To formalize the return, the User must contact Hollow Tips within one month, via the following email: hollowtips.sneakers@gmail.com, specifying the product or products subject to the return, attaching a photo or video where show the defects and a detailed report of the defects found in them.

      Once Hollow Tips receives the documentation and evidence from the User, it will notify you within 5 business days. days whether or not you will return the product. In the event that the return proceeds, Hollow Tips will indicate to the User how to deliver or ship the defective product to its offices/warehouses. Once the product has been received and the defects have been assessed, Hollow Tips will give the User the option to exchange the product for another with the same characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for Hollow Tips. In the event that, due to lack of stock, it is not possible to send another product with the same characteristics, the User may choose to terminate the contract (i.e. to return the amounts paid) or request the sending of another model that he chooses voluntarily. The delivery of the product with the same characteristics or the new model chosen by the User, as the case may be, will take place within 7 to 15 working days, from the date Hollow Tips confirms with the User the change of the defective product or the shipment of the new one model.

      Changing, sending a new model or canceling the contract does not entail additional costs for the User. If the User terminates the contract, Hollow Tips will refund the full value of the amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs). The refund will be made using the same payment method as your order. Hollow Tips informs Users that the condition for the refund of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the User when purchasing the product: If the User made the payment by credit/debit card, Hollow Tips will refund the amount paid within 14 working days, from the moment the User decided to terminate the contract. Product Exchange Policy Hollow Tips does not accept the exchange between a product purchased by the User for another product offered on the Site. In case the User wants to make the change of a product, he should exercise the right of withdrawal from it and then buy the new product he wants.

 

      IMPORTANT: The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging, it will not be returned. dirty or smelly clothes are not accepted either.
