1) What if I'm not there when my package arrives?
They will leave a notice. The next day you can go and collect it at the nearest post office.
2) Why can't I send a payment for a refund?
The order is shipped directly from the factories to the listed address, as it is sent by international mail, it does not enable us to pay against compensation as payment.
3) I have not received my order, what can I do?
We guarantee a refund if you do not receive the ordered product within 90 days. If 90 days have passed and you have not received the product ordered, you can request a full refund by sending an e-mail from the contact section indicating the order reference. Once a refund is requested, our team will review your case and let you know the resolution within 72 hours. If your request is approved, a refund will be made for the amount of the product not received. If possible, it will be done using the same payment method I use when ordering. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take 5 to 10 business days to take effect.
